Chengdu Guibao Science and Technology Industrial Co., Ltd, located at the cradle of China silicone industry—west China’s Sichuan province, is the excellent hi-tech enterprise of Chengdu city ,the only one in West China that is certified by State Economic and Trade Commission for silicone structural sealant production.It has passed the certification of ISO9001:2000 International Quality Management System, ISO 14001: 2004 Environmental Management System,GB/T 28001: 2001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System.
Guibao is specialized in developing and producing silicone sealants widely applied to the industries of curtain wall, electrical&electronic, solar energy, expressway, bridge and airport, automobile manufacture, subway engineering and so forth.
Meanwhile ,Guibao is engaged in designing and producing equipment special for sealant production. The equipment is not only favored by many well-known domestic sealant manufacturers but also adopted by many multinational corporations such as Dow Corning (USA), Loctite ((USA), Henkel (Germany), Wacker (Germany), Rhodia (France), Sika (Switzerland).
Some of Guibao members have participated in the drafting and compiling of many national standards, including Silicone Structural Sealant for Construction（GB16776）, Silicone Construction Sealant（GB/T14683）, Terminology of Construction Sealing Material （GB/T14582）, Fumed Silica(GB/T 20020-2005)and Glass Monitor Roof .
As a well-known scientific research oriented and experts concentrated enterprise, Guibao features strong innovation capacity. It is the only enterprise in China that owns the technology both in silicone sealant field and sealant producing equipment field.It has undertaken many national torch plan projects and Sichuan province Key technological innovation projects ,and already been granted eight national patents and many prizes for scientific and technological progress.
